Computer Stolen During Washington Street Home Break-In

The following article is based on a Boston Police report.


A West Roxbury resident told Boston Police that someone broke into her apartment while she was sleeping and stole her laptop computer on July 13.

The victim said she was asleep in a room in her apartment at 5050 Washington St., around 9 to 11 p.m. when an unknown person(s) entered her apartment through an unlocked window, according to a Boston Police report.

An officer observed the window screen to be removed and articles were moved in the apartment, but nothing else was missing at the time.
