Boston Police arrested a West Roxbury man for allegedly dealing drugs after Glenham Street residents complaining about blatant drug deals happening in the area led to an undercover investigation.

On July 29 according to a Boston Police report, Patrick Michael Kennefick, of 25 Glenham St., West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with distribution of a Class B drug, two counts of possession of Class C drugs with the intent to distribute, and possession of a class B drug; John Santo Diaferio, of 145 South St. #13, Walpole, was arrested and charged with two counts of distribution of a Class C drug and possession of a Class B drug with the intent to distribute; and Paula J. Daley, of 149 Oakland St. #30, Mansfield, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Around 5 p.m. undercover drug control unit officers were surveilling the area of 25 Glenham St., in West Roxbury, due to numerous complaints of blatant drug dealing happening from that address, according to a Boston Police report. Police had allegedly witnessed Kennefick conduct street level deals in the past, and he had allegedly previously admitted to undercover cops that he met delivery vehicles in the area for heroin.

Watching Kennefick leave his home and talking on his phone, he got into a vehicle parked on Perham Street, several blocks away. The vehicle was registered to a Mansfield address, according to a database search. The vehicle made its way to the Dunkin' Donuts at 155 Spring St. Police witnessed Daley go into the business while the other two leaning back and forth to each other, according to a Boston Police report. Police approached the vehicle and removed the two men. Police recovered a pill bottle with 11 Klonopin pills, 11 Xanax bars, and 10 Fentora tabs on the inside of the vehicle, according to a Boston Police report.  A plastic bag with nine Klonopin pills as well as three Fentanyl patches were found, and one Suboxone pill.

Daley allegedly began to walk in the opposite direction of the vehicle when she saw police. She was approached and charged with possession of the Fentanyl patches due to where she was sitting.
