District E-5 officers were following up a call for two men possibly doing drugs on the pathway by 1834 Centre St. As police approached, they noticed one male leaving the area. The other man was sitting on a bench and appeared to be nodding off, according to a police report.

Police told the man why they were there, and the suspect acknowledge he understood. The suspect was then asked by police if he had ever been arrested, to which the man allegedly replied there is a warrant out for him due to not going to court three days prior.
