Police Break Up Party After 15-Year-Old Comes Home Drunk

Police estimated about 50 to 75 people were in the rear of 745 Lagrange Street, and seized 13 bottles of sealed assorted beer.

 

Police broke up a Lagrange Street party after a concerned parent called to say his 15-year-old daughter came home intoxicated from the party's location.

Around 12:52 a.m. on June 2, police saw about 50 to 75 individuals in the rear of 745 Lagrange St., according to a Boston Police report. The party quickly dispersed into the surrounding area, once police Police showed up. Officers believed most of the party goers to be in their late teens or early 20s.

Police spoke with a 19-year-old female resident of the home who said she invited a few friends over and did not know the majority of the people who were there. Police saw numerous empty boxes of alcohol and several full sealed bottles. The woman told police her parents were away in Maine for the weekend, and that a few people in the party were of the legal drinking age.

Officers told the resident she would be summonsed to the West Roxbury District Court for a minor in possession of alcohol and providing alcohol to minors. Police seized 13 bottles of sealed, assorted containers of beer from the rear of the residence.
