Pomodoro's Restaurant Owner Charged with Biting Victim

The following information is provided by the Boston Police, and where charges are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

 

Boston Police were called to Pomodoro's Restaurant on Oct. 22 for an assault and battery.

Around 11 a.m., Francisca Alves Deaquino, of 81 West St. #2, Newton, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Police spoke with the caller who said he and his ex-girlfriend got into a verbal argument, which escalated into a fight, according to a Boston Police report.

At some point during the altercation, the suspect, the owner of Pomodoro's Restaurant, allegedly bit the victim, after she tried to grab his phone from him.

An officer noted a raised mark on the victim's left hand.
