Secret Service Impersonator Will Not Face Charges

A Commuter Rail rider was sought by authorities for allegedly impersonating a Secret Service agent.

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority this week identified the man who allegedly impersonated a Secret Service agent on a Commuter Rail train, CBS Boston reported

The man, whose identity was not released, was sought by authorities after being caught on video harassing a conductor and claiming to be a Secret Service agent. 

MBTA Transit Police have said they will not press charges against the man, according to the report.
