UPDATE: $5000 Bail for Two Suspects Caught in West Roxbury After Shooting
The two North Attleboro men were ordered to stay away from Boston if they make bail, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office.
The two suspects accused of being involved in a shooting incident in Roslindale early Tuesday morning and caught in West Roxbury, were arraigned on Tuesday and held on $5,000 bail.
Justin O’Leary, 31, and Joseph Gonzalez, 24, both of North Attleboro, were each arraigned on two counts of possession of a firearm, possession of loaded firearm, and possession of ammunition, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's press office.
Assistant District Attorney Joseph Pagliarulo requested each suspect be held on $25,000, but Judge Driscoll set bail at $5,000 and ordered the men to stay away from Boston if they make bail.

Both suspects are due back at court on Nov. 16 for a pretrial hearing.
