Watch Your Things - iPhone Stolen from Community Room at Hancock Village in West Roxbury

The following article is based on a Boston Police report.


A West Roxbury resident reported to Boston Police that his phone went missing while at the community room in the Hancock Village apartments.

On Jan. 11, the victim walked into District E-5 to say that he and his wife, and baby were in the room and his wife put down an Apple iPhone. They later realized the phone was missing.

The victim told police there had been a male in the room while they were, and provided a description of the man, according to a Boston Police report.

The listed address of Hancock Village is 298 Independence Drive in West Roxbury.

Can a phone "go missing?" Could a car "go missing?" I know the owner can "realize it was missing," but really.....
