West Roxbury Bank Robbed on Centre Street

 3:14 p.m.  Two suspects were taken into custody in relation to the bank robbery at 1920 Centre. St., West Roxbury, according to the Boston Police Department’s Twitter page.

Police are actively investigating a bank robbery at the Blue Hills Bank on Centre Street. 

The robbery was reported around 1:30 p.m. at the West Roxbury bank, located at 1920 Centre Street, according to the Boston Police Department’s Twitter page. 

Police said the suspect is a white male with white hair and white mustache, wearing a blue and white football style jacket.

New England Incident Alerts reported the suspect was approximately 50-years-old.

One suspect was taken into custody on VFW Parkway near the Dedham line while a second arrest was made on List Street, according to unconfirmed scanner reports. The same scanner reported the suspects may be a father and son duo.
