West Roxbury Man Arrested in Prostitution Incident in Dedham

Police arrested a young West Roxbury man last week after a prostitution incident on Eastern Avenue in Dedham.
On Tuesday, October 1, Dedham police arrested Shanaya Gumbs, 21, of 72 Eastern Avenue, Dedham for committing sexual conduct for a fee. An hour later they arrested Collis Rosario, 22, of 334 Corey Street, West Roxbury for deriving support from prostitution on Eastern Ave, according to a police log.
"He was charged for deriving support from prostitution so he was not arrested for paying for sex," Dedham Officer Bobby Nedder Jr. said.

Rosario was released later that evening on his own recognizance.
