West Roxbury Man Charged in Killing of Adoptive Father

The arrest comes after police investigated the death of one person in a West Roxbury home Friday morning.

Boston police this weekend arrested a West Roxbury man on a charge of murder in connection with the death of his adoptive father, Boston.com reported

Police responded to a well being check at a home on Perham Street Friday and subsequently discovered the body of Mark Regan, 66, of West Roxbury. 

Boston homicide detectives arrested Regan's 33-year-old adopted son, also named Mark Regan, either late Friday night or early Saturday morning. Regan is expected to be arraigned Monday in West Roxbury Municipal Court, according to the report.
