West Roxbury Man Charged with Assault and Battery

Boston Police arrested a man who allegedly pushed a victim after getting mad at the victim for smoking marijuana.
On Oct. 26 around 10:04 p.m., Jose Vidal Turcios, of 8 Moloney St., West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Police spoke with the victim who said the suspect got mad at her for smoking marijuana with her brother earlier in the day, according to a Boston Police report.
The suspect allegedly pushed the victim. The victim refused medical treatment from Boston EMS.
