West Roxbury Man Pleads Not Guilty to Shooting Adoptive Father

Police arrested Mark Regan, 33, of West Roxbury was arrested late last week.

A West Roxbury man on Monday was ordered to be held without bail on charges that he fatally shot his father last week, Boston.com reported

Police arrested Mark Regan, 33, late last week after they discovered the body of his 66-year-old adoptive father, also named Mark Regan, in his home on Perham Street in West Roxbury Friday. 

A not-guilty plea was entered on behalf of Regan Monday in West Roxbury Municipal Court on a charge of murder, according to Boston.com.
