West Roxbury Police Respond to Reports of Drug Possession, Purse Theft

The following information was provided by the West Roxbury District E-5 Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Sunday, Dec. 29

At 10 a.m., Boston police responded to the Arborway on a report of a motor vehicle accident resulting in property damage; the operator of the vehicle allegedly left the scene of the accident, according to police reports. 

Friday, Dec. 27

At 12 p.m., police responded to the area of Centre Street on a report of theft of a purse containing less than $50. 

At 12:22 p.m., police responded to Washington Street after receiving a report of possession of a Class B substance (cocaine) on Washington Street.

At 1:55 p.m., police responded to Washington Street after receiving a report of possession of a Class A substance (heroin) on Washington Street. 

At 8:42 p.m., police arrested a Roslindale man and a Dedham man in the area of Archdale Road, charging them with possession of a Class D substance with intent to manufacture and/or distribute. 

Thursday, Dec. 26

At 9 p.m., police responded to a report of vandalism on Perham Street. 

At 4:30 p.m., police responded to Washington Street, where they arrested a Camden, DE woman and a Roslindale woman on charges of possession of a Class B stubstance with intent to manufacture and/or distribute.
