West Roxbury Woman Arrested for Assaulting Two Dunkin' Donuts Employees in Roslindale

Boston Police arrested a West Roxbury woman for allegedly assaulting her ex-boyfriend at Dunkin' Donuts in Roslindale.

On Feb. 15 around 4:20 p.m., Leilah A. Bitar, of 67 Desoto Road, West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon - a car door, and assault and battery.

Drug Control Unit members were conducting surveillenace of the 4600 Washington St. area in Roslindale, when they saw the suspect having a verbal arguement in a vehicle with a man, according to a Boston Police report.

Police then saw a female Dunkin' Donuts employee walk to the vehicle and ask the woman in the car to leave the area. The suspect allegedly stated back, "Mind your own [expletive] business!" and yelled to the man in the car "You left me for this!" She then continued to yell at the man in the car.

The suspect then opened the passenger door and repeatedly punched the man in the face, while slamming the car door on him, according to a Boston Police report. The female employee came into the fray trying to stop the fight.

Officers identified themselves as Boston Police and stopped the fighting. The man told police the suspect was his ex-girlfriend and she has been harassing him since he started dating the other female, an employee of Dunkin' Donuts, like him. Other employees confirmed to police the suspect has been creating disturbance at the location for at least a month while allegedly harassing the victims.
