Witness Threatened at Home Depot in West Roxbury

Suspect allegedly punched the victim's car after threatening victim in Home Depot.

A man's life was threatened by a suspect after the two bumped into each other at Home Depot. The two allegedly were involved in a prior court case, the victim told West Roxbury Police.

The victim told police on Oct. 21, five days after the alleged incident, in which the suspect came up the victim in Home Depot and said, "I am going to smash your face into the ground and kill you, you piece of (expletive)... I will catch you outside."

The victim finished up shopping and when in the parking lot, the suspect allegedly ran up to the victim's car and punched the trunk. The car did not sustain any damage. The victim then drove away.
