Board of Appeals to Review Proposed Residential Development in West Roxbury

The board will hold a public hearing regarding the project on Tuesday, July 1.

The Boston Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday to discuss the proposed construction of a residential building on Spring Street in West Roxbury. 

The proposed project calls for the construction of a five-story building at 312 Spring St. for the use of 16 residential units, commercial space and parking, according to city officials

Tuesday's meeting will include discussion and review of a variance regarding the floor-area ratio for the proposed building, as well as building height and usable open space. The meeting is set for 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1 in Room 801 at Boston City Hall.
