Boston's 'City Hall to Go' Truck Heading to West Roxbury Thursday

The truck allows residents to pay parking tickets, obtain dog licenses and take advantage of other similar services.

Boston's City Hall to Go truck, a program inspired by food trucks and meant to allow residents to bring their issues and discussions to city hall officials directly, will be in West Roxbury this Thursday.

The truck will make a stop at 1847 Centre St. in West Roxbury from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, April 10.

By using the truck, officials aim to serve city residents where they live and work, without them having to travel downtown to the main location of Boston City Hall itself.

The truck offers a select menu of city services directly to residents, who can pay or dispute parking tickets, request birth or death certificates, obtain a dog license, request a parking permit or pay property and excise taxes.
