Discuss Billings Field Playground Improvements Tonight at West Roxbury Library

The Billings Field Playground is one of the most used playgrounds in all of Boston. How would you like to see it improved?

 

The Billings Field Playground will be renovated, and Boston officials would like to hear your thoughts on how to improve the playground tonight.

All are welcome to a public meeting at the West Roxbury Library tonight at 6 p.m. being hosted by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department.

In the attached flyer officials let it be known how they would like residents help in improving one of West Roxbury's most used playgrounds:

"We are looking for interested community members to help us in determining how the Billings Field playground will look and function in the future. This playground renovation provides us with a unique opportunity to create a space for all. At the first meeting, a synopsis of recent design process will be given, a site analysis will be presented and a list of desirable features will be developed," said a flyer from the Boston Parks and Recreation Department.
