Murphy Approved As Clerk Magistrate in West Roxbury
Gov. Deval Patrick nominated Murphy, a former teacher, earlier this month.
The Governor’s Council unanimously approved Sean Murphy as West Roxbury District Court’s next clerk magistrate.
For the past two months, Murphy has been the acting clerk magistrate in Uxbridge District Court, according to Boston.com. He was a former science teacher at Catholic Memorial High School in West Roxbury.
Gov. Deval Patrick nominated Murphy earlier this month.
