Stop Signs Installed at West Roxbury Intersection

New stop signs posted at popular West Roxbury intersection.

The Boston Transportation Department installed new stop signs at the intersection of Joyce Kilmer Road and Glenhaven Road on Monday.

The signs are being installed at the request of the community for the purpose of improving traffic and pedestrian safety in the area, according to a statement from the City of Boston Transportation Department.

The city said the installation of the new signs will ensure that vehicles come to a complete stop at all approaches to the intersection.
