Catholic Memorial Accepting Athletic Hall of Fame Nominations
An induction ceremony is currently in the works for November 2014.
Catholic Memorial High School in West Roxbury announced this week that it will host an Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony later this year.
The school released a "Save the Date" announcement for the ceremony, which is currently set for Friday, Nov. 28.
Nominations are now being accepted for CM alumni to be inducted. Forms can be submitted online or printed here and mailed to:

The deadline to submit nominations online or by mail is Friday, May 23.
