Catholic Memorial Grads Picked up in NHL Draft

Find out which students will play for which NHL teams.

Two recent graduates of Catholic Memorial High School in West Roxbury have been picked up during last week's 2014 NHL entry draft, the school announced

Beau Starrett of Bellingham, a graduate of CM's Class of 2014, was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks, while Liam Coughlin of South Boston, of CM's Class of 2013, was selected by the Edmonton Oilers, according to CM. 

Starrett is currently playing for Cornell and was chosen in the third round, 88th overall; Coughlin, who has played for the Vernon Vipers of British Columbia, will play for the Boston University in the fall.
