Boston School Choice Meetings - None in West Roxbury for 3 Proposals - Yet

External Advisory Committee on School Choice has been meeting around Boston neighborhoods on the three proposals for student assignment in Boston Public Schools.

The External Advisory Committee on School Choice is hosting additional community meetings on the three current proposals - but no meeting has been scheduled for West Roxbury as of yet.

There were public West Roxbury meetings held by school officials last year when there were five proposals on the table.

The EAC is expected to make a recommendation on one of the three proposals by the end of February.

Boston Public Schools sent out an email asking the media to let residents know about upcoming community meetings. The goal of the committee is to help people fully understand the options the EAC is considering and to hear feedback from more members of the community.
