Improving School Choice Meeting on Thursday in Hyde Park

There is a meeting tonight in Roxbury, tomorrow night in Hyde Park, and at the Copley Library on Sept. 12 to talk about the changes of the school choice system for the Boston Public Schools.


The Boston Public Schools External Advisory Committee for School Choice is hosting three community forums to talk about what they've been working on so far.

The meetings will include presentations on data, community engagement, and school quality.

Tonight's (Aug. 28) meeting is at:

Tobin Community Center (in the Tobin Community Room)

1481 Tremont St., Roxbury. Child care is available. 6:30-8 p.m.

Thurs., Aug. 30's meeting:

Hyde Park Community Center Auditorium

1179 River St., Hyde Park. Child care is available. 7:30-9 p.m.

Wed., Sept. 12, meeting:
Boston Public Library, Main Branch, Rabb Lecture Hall (lower concourse of Johnson Building)

700 Boylston St., Copley Square. 6–7:30 p.m.
