October's Highland Hash Fun Run with LeanWorks and High & Mighty Beer at Blanchard's Tasting Room

Join West Roxbury Main Streets as we partner with the Parkway Running Club to host a series of fun runs this fall across West Roxbury. Take the opportunity to be healthy, meet your neighbors and support our local restaurants while you enjoy some great food and local craft beers.

The Fun Run Series begins on Thursday, September 20, and will continue on Thursday, October 11 and Saturday, November 3.  Fun Run participants will at the host venue where they can choose from a 2.5-mile or 5 mile route based on their skill level. Each route will end back at the venue, with light appetizers and locally brewed craft beer.

The Fun Run Series schedule is:

Thursday, September 20. 6:30 pm run, followed by appetizers and beer from Notch Brewing Company at West on Centre restaurant on the garden patio from 7 - 8:30 pm.

Thursday, October 11. 6:30 pm run, followed by appetizers from LeanWorks and beer from High & Mighty Beer in the tasting room at Blanchard's, 7 - 8:30 pm.

Saturday, November 3. 2 pm run, followed by appetizers and beer from Slumbrew at Porter Cafe, 2:30 - 4 pm.

There is no cost for these events, which are being sponsored by the Parkway Running Club and West Roxbury Main Streets to promote healthy living and neighborhood businesses in West Roxbury.
