Classes are held in the dance studio of newly renovated Curtis Hall.  Sara guides participants in a short centering with breathwork, gentle warm-ups, moderate poses focusing on strength, flexibility and balance, followed by cool-down postures and relaxation.  In addition to building strength and flexibility, students learn tools to increase awareness of body, breath, and mind, encourage natural alignment, and manage stress.  No previous yoga experience is necessary! All are welcome.
