Fall Run, Bite and Beer Thursday At Corrib Pub

The fall fun runs give residents the opportunity to be healthy, meet your neighbors and support local restaurants while enjoying some great food and beer.

West Roxbury runners will receive an evening of socializing, drinking and dining on Thursday night as the Fall Fun Run series continues.

The Parkway Running Club and West Roxbury Main Streets are organizing the free series of fall fun runs which give residents the opportunity to be healthy, meet your neighbors and support local restaurants while you enjoy some great food and beer.

The second run of the season is being held at the Corrib Pub on Oct. 17 at 6:30 p.m.

Runners will meet in front of the Corrib Pub , where they can choose from either a 2.5-mile or 5 mile route based on your skill level.  Each route will end back at Corrib Pub and Restaurant, with a light bite from the kitchen and a beer hand-picked for our crew. 

Every runner gets a beer at the finish and a bite to eat compliments of West Roxbury Main Streets, the Parkway Running Club, and The Corrib.

The event is free for participants of the running series, which is being sponsored by the Parkway Running Club and West Roxbury Main Streets to promote healthy living and neighborhood businesses in West Roxbury.
