State Little League Tourney in West Roxbury July 25-28
The top Little League teams from Massachusetts will meet in West Roxbury.
West Roxbury is hosting the Massachusetts State Little League Championship series at the Guy Cammarata Complex on Baker Street this week.
From July 25-28, at the home of Parkway Little League, the top four teams in the state will compete for the title of state champion. The winner move onto regional competition in Bristol, Conn., with the winner advancing to the Little League World Series.
Parkway's National team were state champs in 2008, and although the 12-year-olds have been eliminated this year, the 11-year-old National all-star team is still battling for the state title. That championship will be played on Sunday, July 28 at the Cammarata Complex before the 12-year-old championship game.
