Loyal Customers Beware

Loyal customers BEWARE! I was a loyal customer for 2 years, a monthly member going back to Dec 2012. Today the owner turned my wife away after waiting in line for 25 minutes saying the card for the car wash I bought her a month ago was only good that day and had expired. He said if she wanted to go through she would have had to drag our infant and three year old into the store and pay again for the wash.... Adam has a great staff and provides quality service but may be getting too big to remember the reasons for his early success. For 2 years I drove past 2 other car washes closer to my home to go to Waves, my loyalty was rewarded with contempt today. I cancelled my monthly membership on the spot. He also took the card and refused to refund the wash I paid for... then attempted to give us a card for another free wash but after the experience he personally provide I am quite sure we will not return.
