Mayor Menino to Make Special Guest Appearance at West Roxbury Event
Friends of Rosie's Place 22nd Annual Harvest Brunch and Raffle will be held at the West Roxbury Pub & Restaurant on Sunday.
Mayor Thomas Menino will appear at the Friends of Rosie's Place 22nd Annual Harvest Brunch and Raffle on Sunday.
The fundraiser will benefit Rosie’s Place, Roslindale Food Pantries and Sunset Vacation House Summer Camp.
The event’s raffle will include gift certificates and gift baskets.
Guests are asked to bring a suggested donation of $15 and a non-perishable food item.
Guests can pay at the door or make checks payable to West Roxbury Friends of Rosie’s Place and mail to PO Box 320076, West Roxbury, MA 02132.
The brunch will be held at the West Roxbury Pub & Restaurant. Menino will appear alongside his wife, Angela. The event may be his last appearance in West Roxbury as Mayor.
