These people are NOT to be trusted, by any means. Between customers AND former employees, they do not treat others with respect and are quick to try and get over on people--con artist material.
POINT BLANK:
1. The flowers suck. They're only fresh SOME of the time. They simply do not compare to other floral designs.
2. The management sucks. Their customer service is terrible. Their staff seems undertrained and uninterested.
I would have to agree with Susan in saying that you should be careful in your dealings with him/them. They will try to get the one up on you, no question.
