Boston Police charged a man with being a disorderly person after he allgedly refused to leave a West Roxbury nursing home. On Jan. 9 around 11:01 p.m., Curtis W. Lee, of 794 Massachusetts Ave., Roxbury, was arrested and charged with being a disorderly person. Police spoke with the head nurse at the Roscommon West Roxbury nursing home at 5060 Washington St., who said the visiting suspect was drunk and refusing to leave, according to a Boston Police report. District E-5 Police arrested a West Roxbury man on Saturday after he refused to stop acting in an aggressive manner and cursing at cops. Police arrested Josiah K. Stirling, 54 Howitt Road, West Roxbury, and charged him with being a disorderly person, on Aug. 13 around 9:25 a.m. Police were called to 54 Howitt Road for assistance and spoke with a relative of the suspect, who said the suspect had agreed to leave the house by 9 a.m. that day, but could return later.
