Fantasia's Party Decorations Broken Into, Cash Register Robbed in West Roxbury

Fantasia's Party Decorations glass front door was broken and the cash register broken into in West Roxbury on Jan. 25. Around 12:52 p.m., Boston Police observed the broken glass door, and the owner said $30 had been taken from the cash register, according to a Boston Police report. The owner said she had driven past the business at 5288 Washington St. around 9:15 a.m. and did not notice any damage to the glass door. While investigating the location, police noted the rear door to the building was unlocked, the second floor of the building seemed to be in disarray with exposed wiring, trash, debris, beer bottles, and other hazardous conditions.
