Bertucci's Employee Charged with Marijuana Dealing in Hancock Village

The following information is provided by the Boston Police Department, and where charges are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

  Another person was arrested for allegedly trying to sell marijuana out of the Hancock Village parking lot on the VFW Parkway.  This is at least the third arrest in three weeks that undercover Boston Police arrested someone for selling marijuana in the Chestnut Hill shopping area. There was the suspect who met with a Gary's Liquors employee; and the Scituate man charged with trying to sell some marijuana out of his car. On Sat. Nov. 17 around 3:03 p.m., Konstantinos Petridis, of 303 Vermont St., West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with distribution of a class D drug, and intent to distibute a class D drug, marijuana.
