West Roxbury Woman Charged with OUI after Accident in Westwood

  A West Roxbury woman was arrested on drunk driving charges after a single motor vehicle crash in Westwood. On Sunday, June 16, around 2:45 a.m. Michelle Barrett, 20, of West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation, according to a Massachusetts State Police press release.  Massachusetts State Police responded to the Exit 13 ramp in Westwood, and Barrett allegedly told police an animal had jumped in front of her vehicle causing her to drive into the guardrail. Roslindale Man Charged with OUI on Second Stop by Same Officer in West Roxbury

A Boston Police officer stopped the suspect after a near accident between the suspect's vehicle and cruiser. The following info is provided by the BPD, and where charges are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

A Boston Police officer gave a Roslindale man a second chance from getting busted for driving while under the influence - but minutes later the officer pulled the man over again to arrest him. Anthony L. Dicenso, of 59 Guernsey St. #1, Roslindale, was arrested on Oct. 1 around 7:13 p.m., and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. An officer in marked police cruiser travelling on South Street pulled over the driver of vehicle coming off Guernsey Street, who the cop had to short stop to avoid colliding with, after the driver pulled out right in front of the cruiser. Who Was Driving? West Roxbury Man Charged with OUI on Cummins Highway

The driver of one of the vehicles alleged that the driver of the second vehicle fled after the accident. The following info is provided by the BPD, and where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Confusion of who was driving a vehicle involved in a two-vehicle accident on Cummins Highway may take some time to sort out. But what is for sure is that Boston Police arrested a West Roxbury man for allegedly driving one of the car's while under the influence of alcohol. On Sept. 29 around 1:45 a.m., Ryan S. Hansen, of 35 Carrolton Road #2, West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Police found one operator of sitting in their car at the intersection of Cummins Highway and Florence Street. A man and woman were standing on the sidewalk.  The parties involved gave conflicting stories to the police.
