A Dedham woman wanted for making threats to commit a crime and annoying phone calls, allegedly curled into a ball and tried to kicked Boston Police away during a street arrest in Roslindale Village. On Feb. 2, around 5 p.m., Karen O'Neil, of 16 Maverick St., Dedham, was arrested on a default warrant out of West Roxbury District Court for threats to commit a crime and for annoying telephone calls. Within hours of a man losing his wallet missing, his American Express was used at the Hess Station on Washington Street in West Roxbury. The victim told District E-5 Police that he took a cab from Somerville to Medfield around 3 a.m. on Dec. 29, and noticed his wallet missing around 9 a.m. He said he's staying in Medfield until he moves to California in January, according to a Boston Police report. The victim said he went online and discovered his American Express card was used at approximately 6:58 a.m. at the Emporium Car Wash in Roslindale for $49, and at 8:12 a.m. at the Hess Station on Washington Street in West Roxbury for $44. Boston Police arrested a Walpole man for allegedly driving without a license in West Roxbury, and also gave him a civil citation for marijuana possession. On Dec. 13, around 11:18 a.m., Jefferson Rodriguez-Sousa, of 688 Washington St., Walpole, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license; and was given a civil citation for marijuana. Members of the Boston Police District E-5/E-18 Drug Control Unit were surveilling the area of 4600 Washington St., (the CVS parking lot) in Roslindale, a known area for drug transactions. Boston Police arrested a West Roxbury man wanted on a warrant for distributing drugs, and allegedly found him with heroin in Roslindale. On Dec. 7 around 9:44 p.m., Daniel R. Bradley, of 26 Pheasant St., West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with possession of a class A drug, heroin, and on a warrant from West Roxbury District Court for distribution of a class B drug. Police made an onsite arrest at 4594 Washington St., in Roslindale, and recovered one plastic bag of a brown powder substance believed to be heroin from the suspect's pants, according to a Boston Police report. Undercover Boston Police Drug Control Units recognized a Quincy man from a recent drug arrest in Roslindale, leading to his arrest for heroin possession. On Nov. 24, Colin P. White, of 12 Essex St. #4, Quincy, and Davill A. Diaz, of 4773 Washington St., West Roxbury, were both arrested and charged with possession of a class A drug, heroin. A West Roxbury man allegedly yelled at a Boston Police officer, leading to his arrest for failing to stop for a police officer. On Nov. 6 around 11:55 a.m., Pedro Nova, of 77 Clement St. #1, West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with failure to stop for a police officer and a red light violation. An officer saw the suspect drive a Toyota Camry through a red light at Centre Street going inbound at Weld Street in Roslindale. The two North Attleboro men were ordered to stay away from Boston if they make bail, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office.
The two suspects accused of being involved in a shooting incident in Roslindale early Tuesday morning and caught in West Roxbury, were arraigned on Tuesday and held on $5,000 bail. Justin O’Leary, 31, and Joseph Gonzalez, 24, both of North Attleboro, were each arraigned on two counts of possession of a firearm, possession of loaded firearm, and possession of ammunition, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's press office. Assistant District Attorney Joseph Pagliarulo requested each suspect be held on $25,000, but Judge Driscoll set bail at $5,000 and ordered the men to stay away from Boston if they make bail. Both suspects are due back at court on Nov. 16 for a pretrial hearing.
