Wanted West Roxbury Man Nabbed by Police

The following article is based on a Boston Police report, and where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

  While on random patrol Boston Police identified and arrested a wanted West Roxbury man. On April 26 around 9 a.m., Sean F. Brady, of 26 Ansonia Road, West Roxbury, was arrested on warrant out of Somerville District Court issued on April 27, 2012, for failure to appear in court.  The suspect, who was known to officers, was seen on Ansonia Road. Officers approached the suspect to verify his identification and notified him of the warrant for his arrest, according to a Boston Police report. He was placed in handcuffs and transported for booking without incident.

West Roxbury Man Arrested on Warrant for Selling Marijuana

  Boston Police arrested a West Roxbury man in Hyde Park on a warrant for allegedly selling drugs. On April 25 at 8 p.m., Cesar Orlando Gonzalez, of 37 Desoto Road, West Roxbury, was arrested on default warrant out of West Roxbury District Court issued on March 14, 2013, for possession of a class D drug (marijuana) with the intent to distribute. Police made an on-site arrest of the suspect in the area of Dana and Easton avenues in Hyde Park, according to a Boston Police report. The warrant stems from the suspect's arrest on March 5, 2012, at the area of Grouse and Washington streets in West Roxbury. Wanted West Roxbury Man Arrested in Roslindale

Boston Police made an onsite arrest in Roslindale of a wanted West Roxbury man on Feb. 6. Around 9 p.m., Kenneth J. Butler, of 38 Caspar St., West Roxbury, was arrested on a warrant out of Dedham District Court and Boston Municipal Court for possesion of Class E drug. The suspect was located and arrested at the intersection of Archdale Road and Washington Street in Roslindale, according to a Boston Police report.

Woman Wanted for Threatening West Roxbury Man, Allegedly Curled Into Ball, Kicked Police During Warrant Arrest in Roslindale

  A Dedham woman wanted for making threats to commit a crime and annoying phone calls, allegedly curled into a ball and tried to kicked Boston Police away during a street arrest in Roslindale Village. On Feb. 2, around 5 p.m., Karen O'Neil, of 16 Maverick St., Dedham, was arrested on a default warrant out of West Roxbury District Court for threats to commit a crime and for annoying telephone calls. The warrant originated from threatening to commit a crime and annoying phone calls to a West Roxbury man on Lorette Street in 2010, according to a Boston Police report. West Roxbury Man Arrested on Warrant After Brighton Traffic Stop

Suspect was stopped on Chestnut Hill Avenue in Brighton while driving. The following information was provided by the Boston Police Department and does not convey a conviction.

A standard vehicle inquiry by Boston Police in Brighton ended with a West Roxbury man getting arrested on an active default warrant - for driving with a suspended license. Neal C. Kounjian, of 17 Summer St., West Roxbury, was arrested on Aug. 21 at 12:29 a.m. at 263 Chestnut Hill Ave., Brighton. After his arrest the Warrant Unit was notified. The warrant was out of West Roxbury District Court for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Brookline Woman Arrested on Outstanding Warrants After Dispute with a Landlord

Suspect allegedly verbally abused and threw a bottle at landlord. The following information was provided by the Boston Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Boston Police were called to a Centre Street residence after a landlord called asking for assistance around 10 a.m. on Aug. 13. District E-5 Police arrested Margaret Miranda, of 40 Summerset Road, Brookline, on two outstanding straight arrest warrants. One was issued on Jan. 27 out of Cambridge District Court for a violation of an abuse prevention order, and the second warrant was out of the same court on Dec. 20, 2010, for the same reason.  Upon arrival officers spoke with the owner of 2077 Centre St., who said that he came to the residence and saw a large amount of trash strewn on the side and rear driveway.
