Wanted: Belgrade Avenue Armed Robber - BPD Wants Your Help
The Home Market on the Roslindale side of Belgrade Avenue was robbed at knifepoint on Monday. The BPD wants your help identifying the suspect.
Boston Police want your help identifying an armed robbery suspect who held up Home Market on Belgrade Avenue on Monday night. Around 8:31 p.m., a suspect described as a white-Hispanic male, in his 20s, 6-feet tall, wearing a black leather coat, dark hooded sweater and a dark knit cap with a distinctive band on it, showed a knife to an employee. The suspect took an unknown amount of money from the register and fled the store, according to BPDnews.com. Home Market is located 165 Belgrade Avenue in Roslindale. Belgrade Avenue runs through West Roxbury and Roslindale. Officers were unable to locate the suspect after canvassing the area. The Boston Police Department is investigating the robbery.
