Learn about a pending bill that would create a statewide spay/neuter program to reduce the number of homeless animals; and a bill that would ban the sale of puppies younger than 8-weeks-old.

This Thursday, April 26, my colleagues and I will join over 160 “citizen lobbyists” at the State House on Beacon Hill to speak one-on-one with lawmakers about several high-profile animal protection bills currently winding their way through the legislative process.
