Monday Marks First Annual West Roxbury YMCA Golf Open

Proceeds will benefit Y's Reach Out Campaign.

A "packed house" is expected for Monday's first annual West Roxbury YMCA Golf Open, according to YMCA program director Sean Toland. The tournament will raise money to benefit the YMCA's Reach Out Campaign, which provides scholarships to the community for childcare, learn-to-swim and Livestrong at the Y's programs. According to Toland, there are only a few more spots available in the tournament, and he expects them to be filled by Monday. Finding volunteers has also proven an easy task. "We're in really good shape," he said. Over 30 volunteers are set to help out the day of the tournament.
