City Councilor At-Large Felix G. Arroyo was elected to the Boston City Council in November of 2009 and was sworn in on January 4, 2010.
Arroyo grew up in Boston, was raised in Hyde Park and now lives in Jamaica Plain. He graduated from the Boston Public School system.
